Synopsis:
At what age does
childhood end? 26 year old Sheila
Kramer, a wannabe poet struggles
with her refusal to grow up and
her obsessive crush on her not-so-single
best friend Alan. As those closest
to her try to steer her in the right
direction, she is forced to embark
on a couch-hopping journey of self-discovery
that ends up affecting those around
her in unexpected ways.
Seeking the following:
- Shelia, (26) self absorbed,
childlike, imaginative, can’t
seem to leave childhood behind.
- Alan, (26) Shelia’s best
friend, charming, attractive,
has recently grown into himself.
- Tory, (30) Alan’s girlfriend,
insecure, needs to have things
set in stone.
- Emma, (34) Shelia’s sister,
strong, dominating, has a hard
time dealing with her emotions.
Joe, (36) Emma’s husband,
loyal, caring, the nice guy close
to his breaking point.
Frank, (60) Shelia’s and
Emma’s dad. Rough around
the edges but means well.
Please come prepared to read sides.
Short contemporary comedic monologues
also welcomed but not required.

production of Joseph and The Amazing
Technicolor Dreamcoat. Rehearsals
begin in September. Designer will
work closely with the director to
create a new cutting-edge production
scheme for this production.
Excellent for grad student or recent
grad looking for resume credential.
Position pays $250.
